Services

LunaBloom provides professional makeup and beauty services for personal, bridal, fashion, and event occasions.
All services are subject to availability and prior appointment confirmation.

Bookings and Appointments

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, social media, or official contact channels.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be informed at the time of confirmation.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or full payment (as applicable).
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion.

Payments

Payments can be made via online transfer, e-wallet, credit/debit card, or cash.
All electronic transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
The balance (if any) must be settled on or before the service date.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by future price changes.

Cancellations and Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the appointment date may be eligible for a partial or full refund (depending on the circumstances).
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit or full payment.
LunaBloom Cancellation:
In rare cases where LunaBloom must cancel a booking (e.g., illness or emergency), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.
Notify us in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the makeup application.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the service location is clean, safe, and suitable for makeup work (for mobile or on-site services).

Photography and Media Consent

With your consent, LunaBloom may capture before-and-after photos or videos of your makeup session for our social media or portfolio.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
All images and videos remain the property of LunaBloom and may not be used commercially by third parties without our permission.

Use of Products

We use high-quality professional makeup and skincare products.
While we take all necessary precautions, we will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities unless negligence is proven.

Limitation of Liability

LunaBloom shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from service use.
Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, emergencies).

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and designs, is owned or licensed by LunaBloom.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written consent.

Personal Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

Changes to Terms

LunaBloom reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
